We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote areas) to bring the magic right to your door. Here’s how we do it:
Order Processing Time
We need 1-2 business days to whip up your order and get it ready for shipment. Once it’s out the door, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: We use DHL or FedEx. Delivery takes 10-15 business days after shipment. Shipping fee: $12.95.
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50, we use EMS. Delivery takes 15-25 business days after shipment. Perfect for those who like to save a little magic for later!
Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We’re not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier, but we’re always here to help track it down!
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We get it—sometimes the magic doesn’t fit quite right, or the vibe is off. No worries! Our returns and exchanges policy is here to make things right.
1. The Basics
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your item. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused (we’ll know if you’ve been time-traveling in it!).
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- In the same condition as when you received it.
Note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Burlesque Costumes, as these items are considered intimate apparel. So please choose your dazzling disco wear wisely!
2. How to Start a Return or Exchange
Follow these steps to get the process rolling:
- Email Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, send us a returns request at [email protected]. Use the template below to make sure you include all the deets.
- Wait for Approval: Our team will get back to you within 2 business days with a Returns Authorisation Number and instructions on where to send your item.
- Ship It Back: Once approved, package your item securely and send it to us at:

Note: You’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. - Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know via email if your refund or exchange is approved.
3. Refund Timing and Method
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The money will be credited back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a little longer for the refund to show up in your account.
Exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you want isn’t in stock, we’ll refund you instead.
