We’re based in Australia but deliver worldwide! Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Asia and select remote areas at this time.

After processing (1-2 business days), Standard Shipping takes 10-15 days and Free Shipping takes 15-25 days. We recommend ordering early to ensure your magical transformation happens right on time!

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your magical transformation! You may return unworn, unwashed costumes with original tags within 15 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate your return.
What if my costume doesn’t fit?
We understand that the perfect fit is essential for your transformation! Contact us within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll happily help you exchange for a different size, subject to availability.
